Consultant, AI Adoption & Enablement

Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Consultant, AI Adoption & Enablement, helping client teams change the way they work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents. This is an enablement-first role. You will facilitate sessions, run training and office hours, create the content people learn from, and gather requirements for the agents our technical team builds. You do not need to be a developer, but you do need to be genuinely curious about the technology and confident in front of a room. You will work under the direction of senior consultants who will coach you, and you will be given real ownership of tasks early.

What you will do:

Faciliate

• 
  
  
  
  • Run enablement sessions, hands-on training, and recurring office hours for client teams.
  
  
  • Facilitate hackathons with a technical partner, covering setup, coaching participants, and capturing outcomes.
  
  
  • Adjust your delivery to the audience, from executives to frontline staff, and keep client interactions polite, professional, and timely.
  
  
  
  

Create

• 
  
  
  
  • Develop training material, job aids, prompt libraries, adoption communications, and hackathon content.
  
  
  • Work with technical resources to keep content accurate and current as Microsoft capabilities change.
  
  
  • Produce work products in accordance with established MNP standards and templates, and act on the feedback you receive.
  
  
  
  

Analyze

• 
  
  
  
  • Gather requirements about the roles, tasks, and workflows an agent will support, and translate them into clear use case descriptions for the build team.
  
  
  • Document current-state processes and acceptance criteria, with sound analysis and evidence to substantiate your findings.
  
  
  • Seek to understand the client's operational landscape and support the inclusion of identified needs in project activities and deliverables.
  
  
  • Track participation and adoption measures, and report simply on what is working.
  
  
  
  

Grow

  • Proactively seek feedback from your engagement team and coach, and act on it in a timely, demonstrable way without needing reminders.
  
  
  • Code work effort accurately, close timesheets weekly, keep effort forecasts current, and flag variances to your project manager early.
  
  
  • Support thought leadership and sales bids on request, particularly through research.
  
  
  • Build professional relationships, take part in firm and community activities, and share your skills and learnings with your immediate team.
  
  
  
  

What you Bring:

• Two or more years in enablement, training, change management, business analysis, or another client-facing role.


• Confident facilitation and presentation skills with groups of any size, in person and online.


• Strong writing, with the ability to turn technical concepts into plain language.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and real interest in how Copilot and AI agents change day-to-day work.


• Ability to gather requirements, listen actively, and document what you heard clearly and accurately.


• Organized and self-managing: leverages existing tools and templates, meets commitments, and raises issues early.


• A demonstrated ability and willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward working as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on use of Microsoft 365 Copilot in a working environment.


• Exposure to a change management or adoption framework.


• Experience building e-learning, video, or other self-serve learning content.


• Light hands-on familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Automate, which is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like:

• People leave your sessions able to do something they could not do that morning.


• You create leverage for technical consultants by handling facilitation, content, and requirements well.


• Your content is reusable across clients and raises the whole team's delivery capacity.


• You stay current as Microsoft AI capabilities change, and you share what you learn with the team.

This is a current opportunity with a hiring range of between $70,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
