As a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a strategic role in attracting and hiring top talent across a diverse range of positions. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, you will lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives while shaping sourcing strategies and improving recruitment practices. This position offers the opportunity to influence hiring decisions, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to a collaborative, people-focused environment. You will manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while leveraging market insights and innovative sourcing techniques. The role also provides the flexibility of working remotely within Canada.
Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a portfolio of open positions, from intake meetings through offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on labor market trends, interview best practices, and recruitment processes.
- Develop customized sourcing strategies using direct search, social media, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and partnerships with professional and diversity-focused organizations.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by introducing best practices, innovative tools, and efficient methodologies.
- Stay informed on compensation structures, benefits, and market trends to effectively engage and advise prospective candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment consulting.
- Fluency in both French and English is required to support candidates and internal stakeholders across Canada.
- Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
- Strong expertise in sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, networking, and diversity sourcing.
- Proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand hiring requirements and translate them into compelling candidate value propositions.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), standard office applications, and digital recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
