Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communication, with a dotted line to the Director, Communications & Strategic Storytelling, the Content & Community Specialist supports the day-to-day management and execution of Jack.org’s owned digital channels, including social media and web. This role ensures our content resonates with audiences, reflects our mission, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and engaged online community.

This position is based in Toronto and typically follows a hybrid work model, however, candidates based elsewhere in Canada may also be considered for a fully remote arrangement. This is a full-time, 1 year contract role.Â
