ServiceMaster Restore Fraser Valley provides emergency response, restoration and reconstruction services to the insurance industry, residential and commercial customers. We offer a wide range of services that remediate conditions caused by fire, flood, wind, mold, and other hazards.

As a Contents/Warehouse Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager on restoration projects by dispatching your team to complete content cleaning jobs, administration, communication, and meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).



The Technical Side of What You’ll Bring



  • Overseeing contents cleaning division

  • Overseeing logistics, flow and organization of warehouse

  • Ensuring staff are trained on cleaning, packing, listing, drying, and vaulting techniques

  • Keeping warehouse, supplies and vehicles organized

  • Daily managing/dispatching contents crews

  • Work closely with Emergency department; coordinating teams to attend jobs in efficient manner

  • Ensuring department paperwork is completed accurately and on time

  • Evaluating and improving the efficiency of business processes as needed

  • Coaching, supervising and giving feedback to staff

  • Communicating with homeowners and adjusters when required

  • Quoting and estimating on jobs


Qualifications


· 3-5 years experience in Restoration an asset
· Experience in dispatching/scheduling
· Experience in logistics/warehousing (an asset but not required)
· Ability to work in constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks
· Driven to ensure our customers receive timely, high quality service while maintaining company compliance with insurance regulations, protocols and timelines
· Attitude of learning and ownership of the job
· Organization, detail orientation and accuracy
· Strong ability to motivate/coach staff towards excellence
· Problem solving/investigative skills
· Initiative to start jobs and finish them through to completion
· Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy and follow through
· Empathy with clients/customers who have experienced loss of personal property
