Contract Manager, Psych Services

Position Overview

We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Health Services team supporting a portfolio of psychological services contracts for national, provincial, and municipal law enforcement and public safety organizations. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring contract success through strong client relationship management, contract compliance, workforce engagement, service delivery oversight, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of contracts of varying size, complexity, and activity levels


• Support workforce satisfaction, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, retention, and growth objectives


• Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship management, issue resolution, and escalations


• Monitor contract performance and ensure service level commitments are met


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Contract Administration teams


• Track contract deliverables, budgets, billing, invoicing, and financial performance to ensure compliance with approved rates and contract requirements


• Work closely with coordinators, psychologists, and test administrators to ensure efficient service delivery


• Identify opportunities for process improvement, contract growth, and enhanced customer service


• Support proposal and contract renewal activities as a subject matter expert


• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication related to assigned contracts

Qualifications

• A post-secondary education in a healthcare, business, or a related field


• 3 to 5 years of contract administration, project management, customer success, account management, or related experience


• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Strong financial awareness and understanding of contract compliance requirements


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


• Experience supporting service delivery, contracts, or customer-facing operations

Additional Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level


• French and English bilingualism is strongly preferred and will be considered an asset for this role


• Experience within healthcare, mental health, public safety, or professional services environments will also be considered an asset


• Ability to work out of our Burlington, ON or Ottawa, ON office (one or the other) on occaion would be preferred but will not be required for this role


• Occasional client-related travel may not be required (0-20%)

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000CAD annually.
