Career Opportunity

We have a temporary opportunity to work in our Commercial Management Department as a Contract Support Assistand.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Governance and Assurance, the Contract Support Assistant is responsible for providing a variety of highly detailed administrative functions in a fast-paced high- volume environment across Commercial Management related to post award contract administration activities and administrative duties to assist in the overall management/administration of the Department.


 


You will play a key role in supporting Commercial Management operations and ensuring the efficient preparation and processing of contract and vendor documentation.


 


The selected incumbent will have a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and organizational agility and contribute to the smooth delivery of post-award processes across multiple systems and platforms.


 


 


In addition to the above you will promote a respectful work and service environment that supports diversity, inclusion, and is free from harassment and discrimination. What Qualifications Do You Bring


  • A University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of modern office and remote working practices and procedures in an environment involving the completion of numerous and various tasks within specified deadlines.

  • Must be proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have worked with platforms such as SAP or Oracle, Contract Management System (CMS), IFS, SharePoint, Time Machine and Focus

  • Use office technology, software and applications

  • Sound judgement; excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Good oral and written communication skills, and analytical ability for the purpose of obtaining, and interpreting the accuracy and completeness of data provided.
