Contractor Lifecycle Management Coordinator

Robertson & Company is seeking a Contractor Lifecycle Management Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class contractor experience while driving retention, extensions, and redeployment outcomes. The Opportunity:

Own the Contractor Experience

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including contractor documentation, compliance, and first-day readiness


• Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for all new assignments


• Conduct structured check-ins at Day 5, Day 30, and Day 90 to ensure engagement and performance alignment

Drive Lifecycle Management & Retention 

• Proactively track assignment timelines and key milestones across all active contractors


• Initiate extension conversations 60 days prior to assignment end dates


• Partner with clients, MSP/VMS stakeholders, and internal teams to secure contract extensions


• Coordinate and manage all extension-related documentation and approvals

Own Offboarding & Redeployment 

• Lead structured end-of-assignment processes, including: o Exit coordination

• Proactively market active and exiting contractors to internal opportunities


• Partner with recruiters to drive redeployment outcomes and minimize contractor downtime

• Ensure all lifecycle activities are accurately tracked and documented within systems

Performance & Success Metrics 

You will be measured on a combination of operational excellence and outcome-driven performance, including:

• Onboarding accuracy and compliance


• Completion and documentation of contractor check-ins (5/30/90)


• Timely execution of extension and offboarding processes (within 60 days of end date)


• Contractor extension rates


• Contractor redeployment outcomes

This role includes variable compensation tied directly to extension and redeployment performance.
