Robertson & Company is seeking a Contractor Re-Engagement Coordinator to play a critical role in activating one of our most valuable assets — our historical contractor network. This role is focused on high-volume re-engagement, data accuracy, and pipeline creation. You will be responsible for reconnecting with former Robertson contractors, refreshing their profiles, and transforming inactive records into submission-ready candidates aligned to current opportunities. This is a data-driven, process-oriented position that sits at the foundation of our recruiting engine — enabling speed, quality, and efficiency across the business.
