Requirements

  A high school
  diploma or equivalent is
  required.

  Bachelor's degree
  preferred in construction, business, management, or
  engineering.

  Construction industry
  experience is required.
  
• 
  Experience in a
  leadership position is preferred.
  
• 
  
  A current
  driver's license.
  
• 
  Excellent oral and
  written communication skills.
  
• 
  
  The ability to
  concentrate and remain calm under
  pressure.
  
• 
  Capability to manage
  multiple projects.
