That’s wonderful; we are looking for someone who is passionate about quality—both in taste and presentation—for a cook position at Sosta Pizzeria, located inside Alt Hotel Halifax Airport. Mise en place, preparation, and dish assembly are second nature to you; you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Come put some passion on our plates!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• 
  
  Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including pizzas, using different culinary methods and techniques
  
  


• Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations;


• Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items;


• Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies;


• Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience in the restaurant industry


• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques;


• Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency;
