Job Description

Job Summary
As a part of Calgary Economic Development’s Brand, Marketing & Activations team , the Coordinator, Events & Activations works with internal clients, external vendors and the marketing and communications team to support the planning and execution of events and sponsorships promoting Calgary as the location of choice for business, investment and talent, and CED as a leading economic development agency.

You’re passionate about our city and excited to support projects that enhance the vibrancy of our community. You thrive in collaboration, pay close attention to detail, consistently deliver top‑tier work, and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or other similar field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in events.
