SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the maintenance of line operations and communicate to the appropriate resource;
- Overview all work performed on the day shift;
- Assign work to line maintenance team every morning;
- Coordinate the work with all departments; interior shops, avionics, sheet metal and NDT;
- Continuous company improvements, creation and implementation;
- Prepare work packages for transient aircraft and AOG’s;
- Coordinate daily maintenance with production;
- Organize and monitor offsite AOG trips;
- Carry out duties as per the appropriate Maintenance Control Manual;
- Prepare all transient customer invoices;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: - Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License;
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance
- Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs;
- Possess a solid understanding of CAR’s;
- Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities;
- Strong Customer service abilities;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Team oriented.
