Reporting through the leadership of the Quality and Patient Relations Program, the Coordinator, Spiritual Care provides corporate leadership, operational coordination and clinical spiritual care expertise across Halton Healthcare’s three hospital sites. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating inclusive, multi-faith and belief-sensitive spiritual care services for patients, families, staff and volunteers. As an integrated member of interprofessional teams, the Coordinator supports whole-person care by assessing spiritual, emotional, religious, existential and cultural needs; providing direct clinical support; facilitating access to faith, cultural and community resources; and advancing high-quality, ethical and patient- and family-centred spiritual care practice
Key Responsibilities:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour day shifts; 0800-1600 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $54.219 to $67.80 per hour
