Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Procurement and Real Estate, the incumbent is responsible for creating purchase orders for the entire organization through our SAP system, maintaining administrative files with certain business partners, drafting minutes for business committees organized by the department, and assisting the procurement and real estate team.

Responsibilities

  • Produce the organization's order forms ;
  • Create and edit SAP records ;
  • Administrative support for the procurement department (correspondence, translation, meeting planning, writing minutes, redaction of documents, etc.) ;
  • Coordination of various projects ;
  • Data entry in the Airpas and SAP system ;
  • Validation of invoices.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent communication skills and initiative;
  • Good priority management and ability to work under pressure;
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Project;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Training in procurement (an asset);
  • A good knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec.
