The Challenge Ahead
We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Coordinator Surface Production to join the Surface Production team of the Asset Operations. The Coordinator Surface Production plays a key role in leading daily production activities across the processing plant and surface operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations while supporting production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to front-line operations, coordinate operational activities, and collaborate with maintenance, technical, and planning teams to optimize plant performance and achieve business objectives.

Work Location
This position is based at our Jansen Mine Site in Leroy, SK, offering a rotational schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off. For those not living locally, BHP provides relocation assistance to the local Jansen area. Alternatively, you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of our onsite camp accommodation at Discovery Lodge during your shifts.
BHP offers domestic relocation assistance to support the successful incumbent in transitioning, if required. Benefits offered as part of the relocation program include (but are not limited to) new home purchase assistance, temporary accommodations, home finding trip and a resettlement allowance.
