Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Team Calgary, the Coordinator supports the team with the planning and execution of Calgary Economic Development’s corporate and community engagement program, Team Calgary.
The Team Calgary Coordinator will lead the administrative function and support with events related to the partnership program. This role will take ownership of program engagement tracking and reporting. The coordinators’ work will assist the team in growing the Team Calgary program.

You are a natural ambassador for Calgary Economic Development and the city of Calgary, proactively promoting the organization and uncovering new opportunities. Passionate about the city, you are energized by collaborative, community driven work.
You build strong cross functional relationships and excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Detail oriented and results driven, you are guided by integrity and a strong commitment to shared organizational goals.
Education
Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Commerce or other related fields.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Note: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
