💼 About the Role

We are looking for a talented and growth-minded Content Writer to join our in-studio team in Kelowna. This role is perfect for a writer who loves personal development, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can craft compelling content across multiple platforms.

You’ll be creating insightful, inspiring, and educational content for Dan Martell’s social media, newsletter, and website, helping expand his reach while sharpening your own marketing and content creation skills.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Content Sourcing: Repurpose raw backlog content into engaging posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and newsletters


• Newsletter: Own the writing and distribution of Dan’s weekly newsletter


• Social Media: Write short and long-form posts for LinkedIn, captions for Instagram/YouTube, and tweets for X


• Copy & Editing: Support editing for blogs, landing pages, and other written content


• Metrics: Track content performance, gather insights, and share results with the team

🧠 What You Bring

Required:

• 3+ years of professional writing experience


• Proven success creating content that grows audiences and engagement


• Strong organizational and content management skills


• Excellent grammar, clarity, and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in media, marketing, or SaaS


• Familiarity with entrepreneurship, coaching, or personal growth industries


• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance metrics
