About the Opportunity
A well-established Vancouver corporate practice is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join its growing team, working on a mix of public and private company transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate and securities transactions, including financings, M&A, and reorganizations

• Draft and review corporate documents, disclosure records, and continuous disclosure filings

• Conduct due diligence for transactions

• Liaise with securities regulators and stock exchanges as needed

• Work closely with senior lawyers on client matters and business development

Qualifications

• Called to the Bar in British Columbia, in good standing

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate/securities law

• Strong drafting and transactional skills

• Familiarity with Canadian securities regulatory requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
