Position: Legal Expert — Corporate & Capital Markets (Project Donna)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: ~24 hours

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated legal deliverables for accuracy and preference.
• Review and compare six blinded AI outputs against a common standard.
• Provide written reasoning for each preference in legal matters.
• Analyze synthetic legal documents and underlying materials.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and follow written instructions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate, capital markets, and venture law.
• Strong judgment in evaluating legal work product.
• Precise written English skills.
• Ability to work independently under a deadline.

Compensation & Legal

• Confidentiality: All work is covered by NDA. External AI tools must not be used on any project material.
