Job Description - Corporate Sales

Location: This role will cater to our markets in Alberta and Saskatchewan, with the preferred candidate residing within 150 km of Edmonton, Alberta.

Reports To: President/CEO

Are you a strategic leader focused on building relationships, who excels in fostering commercial growth, establishing distribution networks, and creating significant partnerships? We are in search of a Business Development Director to spearhead our expansion efforts in Alberta and Western Saskatchewan.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving Prime’s growth strategy through the establishment of new channel partnerships, enhancing demand, and pursuing targeted consolidation opportunities within the oil & gas E&I sector. This Director position is pivotal in defining our market entry strategy, broadening our territorial reach, and enhancing our commercial capabilities.

This opportunity is well -suited for a seasoned business development or technical sales leader with extensive expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and oil & gas operations. What You'll Do

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion

Formulate and implement a multi -year growth strategy for product distribution via E&I shops and direct end -user channels.
Expand and enhance Longhorn's presence in the oil & gas, industrial automation, and related sectors throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan (approximately 20% travel required).
Fortify relationships with E&I shops, OEM partners, vendors, and key operators.
Enhance customer engagement through technical expertise, industry knowledge, and effective communication.
Corporate Development & M&A Support

Requirements

College degree preferred
5 Years of sales in the oil & gas industries
