Costumer & Business Solutions Rep

Position Summary:

The Customer & Business Solutions Rep plays a pivotal role within the Feed Nutrition Export function, serving as a key operational link between sales, marketing, production, and logistics. This position is primarily focused on ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain to support the timely and efficient movement of goods and services. In addition to core supply chain responsibilities, the role supports international export activities, particularly in markets such as Asia and the United States. This includes involvement in global logistics planning, export documentation, and coordination with international carriers and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

· Responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying supply chain data across multiple systems, including ERP platforms. This includes processing sales orders, updating shipment schedules, and tracking product movement. Precision in data handling ensures smooth coordination between departments and supports timely decision-making.

· Supports financial operations by processing invoices, reconciling payments, and ensuring timely transactions with both domestic and international customers and

suppliers. This includes verifying billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with finance teams to maintain clean records.

· Monitors inventory levels across production and distribution points to ensure product availability aligns with demand forecasts and shipping schedules. This includes conducting regular audits with the production teams and identifying stock discrepancies.

· Coordinate domestic and international logistics operations, including collaboration with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

· Provide responsive service to internal and external customers, including international clients in Asia and the U.S., ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution across time zones and cultural contexts.
