As a Counter Salesperson, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support at our Profit Center counters. Your key responsibilities include:

• Assist walk-in customers with purchases, product inquiries, and recommendations
• Process sales orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, well-stocked counter area
• Drive sales growth through counter merchandising and product promotion
• Handle customer returns, warranty claims, and resolve concerns professionally
• Support Inside Sales and Outside Sales functions as needed
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Center Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or counter sales experience
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in order processing software and basic computer applications
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing and building products a plus

Salary Range - $45,000-$50,000
