Reporting directly to the Art Director, the Creative Asset Specialist will execute AI-generated lifestyle imagery requests, ensuring high-quality, on-brand assets are delivered to support Sales team needs. This role requires strong visual judgment, technical execution, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute AI-generated lifestyle imagery requests using approved AI tools
Retouch and composite imagery in Photoshop to achieve publish-ready quality
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand asset requirements and deliver accordingly
Develop and maintain a clear intake process for creative asset requests
Ensure all assets align with Moe’s brand and visual guidelines
Submit completed work to the Art Director for review and approval prior to delivery
Support asset production during peak periods, including seasonal launches
Provide asset support for sister brands (Sundays and Hetta) as needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong eye for furniture, interiors, and lifestyle aesthetics
Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including retouching and compositing
Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute with accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Experience in furniture, home goods, or lifestyle brand environments
Experience developing or improving creative workflows and request processes

The salary range for this role is currently budgeted at $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
