What You’ll Do

As a Credit teammate, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and play a key role in protecting and growing the business.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Setting and managing credit limits in collaboration with leadership
  • Partnering with sales teams to support smart, profitable growth
  • Monitoring accounts and proactively managing collections
  • Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes
  • Identifying risk and helping develop action plans for higher-risk accounts
  • Maintaining accurate account records and documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement in credit processes

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are working toward (or interested in) a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation
  • Enjoy analyzing data and solving problems
  • Communicate confidently and build strong relationships
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Bonus if you have:

  • Exposure to credit in construction or distribution industries
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner
  • Strong interest in technology and its role in driving business growth and innovation
  • Interested in leveraging technology to improve credit processes
