Credit Manager

Aces Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Oversee the evaluation of credit applications and determine creditworthiness of customers.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the credit portfolio to minimize delinquencies.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align credit decisions with business goals.
• Prepare detailed credit risk reports and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure all credit assessment activities are documented accurately and in compliance with regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit management or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
