Job Description - CRM Business Analyst & Product Trainer | Macropus Global Ltd

Macropus Global Ltd (www.macropusglobal.com ) was founded in January 2009 with a vision of providing best services in the field of Information Technology Consulting Business Services. In early 2017 Macropus Global has expanded to IT educational (www.macropuseducation.com ) services for IT Consulting, Training for Corporates & Individuals across the globe and placing Canadian individuals to the main stream Canadian workforce. Macropus Global has further expanded its wings into Canada Immigration & Visa Services.

We have an immediate need/opening of a trainer expert with extensive knowledge of CRM product for a fulltime in Victoria, BC. Experience in working in various CRM implementations across multiple regions will be an added advantage. Join our team in a position that lets you grow with us!

Job Summary :

  • Must have extensive Business Analysis and Implementation experience in CRM
  • Working experience across multiple regions of the Globe.
  • CRM Product knowledge and training experience
  • Must possess basic integration knowledge of CRM with other systems (Core Banking, Referrals, Wealth Management etc.)
  • Knowledge in LOS (Loan Origination System) and SR (Service Request module) of CRM will be an added advantage

    Main Duties will include:

  • Train individuals and corporate customers on CRM product, basic set up and administration.
  • Responsibility of documentation and updating of the existing CRM knowledge kit and work with IT and business units to modernize CRM design.
  • Implement and maintain the CRM instances that comprise design, development, test, training and production.
  • Product and user configuration
  • Handle CRM requirements gathering and analysis, design and change requests
  • Translate Requirements to create HLD and LLD for CRM especially LOS and SR modules
  • Willing to work on CRM database set up and regular maintenance during implementation
  • Implementation of KYC standards, guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Monthly maintenance and analysis of MIS & Reports
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree is must.
  • Management or Administration Studies is a plus.
  • 4 years+ experience as trainer in CRM demo walkthroughs and set up activities
  • Rich Business Analysis experience with proven ability of handling multiple region stakeholders
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience developing technology training for Retail sector an asset
  • Experience in e-Classroom training an asset
  • Assets:

  • Implementation and administration experience especially in CRM modules like LOS, Service Requests, FATCA
  • Any CRM functional certifications
