Program Summary:

Xccelerate+ Management Trainee Program is a 18-24 months development program designed for high potential young graduates, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career us. The Customer Service & Logistics Management Trainee Program will provide the incumbent first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations withinthe CS&L function, namely Customer Engagement, Demand & Supply Planning and Logistics.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.2 or equivalent in Logistics or Supply Chain Management 
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong leadership & co-curricular track record
• Eager & driven to learn
• Fresh graduate or those with a maximum of 1.5 year working experience are welcome to apply
