C-Store Supervisor

They will have a positive attitude, excellent communications and customer service skills.  Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and become a member of a highly motivated team. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and provide training and assistance to gas bar attendants
• Multi-task in a service-related environment 
• Handle cash and accurately complete customer transactions
• Ordering products
• Ensure that work areas are kept neat and tidy and that displays are kept fresh, well rotated and merchandised.
• Work with Manager to implement and maintain CASMs
• Assist with inventory and inventory counts
• Provide a superior level of customer service

The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating schedule to provide leadership throughout mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Previous retail supervisory experience along with a background in a Gas Bar/C-Store setting, card lock operations and/or petroleum industry would be considered an asset.
