Job Description - CSU Coordinator - PL#93648

We are currently seeking a C&SU Coordinator for a site-based contract role in Northern Saskatchewan. This position follows a 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation with 11-hour days and includes flights and camp from Saskatoon & Prince Albert only.

Contract Duration: Through to the end of November, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting and leading commissioning activities on a major project site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution from planning through to turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commissioning activities safely in alignment with all site safety systems and requirements
  • Coordinate and direct commissioning teams to execute work according to approved plans and procedures
  • Plan and support commissioning activities across multiple project areas in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
  • Execute field commissioning activities in accordance with schedules, drawings, and commissioning plans
  • Coordinate daily with operations and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of commissioning work
  • Source, organize, and manage permits, tools, and equipment required for field execution
  • Verify completion, accuracy, and readiness of commissioning tasks completed by field teams
  • Ensure turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and meets quality expectations
  • Confirm all work is completed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of commissioning, construction, or industrial project experience
  • Strong coordination, communication, and field leadership capability
  • Mechanical or Instrumentation trade background considered an asset
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid First Aid certification is an asset
  • WHMIS certification
  • Previous industrial or site-based experience
  • Health and Dental Benefits.
