  • At all times,
    maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional
    attitude toward customers.



  • Responding to
    customer inquiries as soon as possible.



  • Using various
    channels to communicate with customers.



  • Recognizing and
    resolving customer complaints



  • Knowing our products
    inside and out allows you to respond to questions.




  • Orders, forms,
    applications, and requests are all processed.



  • Keeping track of
    customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and
    complaints.



  • As needed,
    communicating and coordinating with coworkers.



  • Giving feedback on
    the customer service process's efficiency.




  • In charge of a group
    of junior customer service representatives.




  • Provide professional
    customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.




  • Meeting sales
    targets.



  • Procedures and
    policies must be followed.




Requirements


  • A high school
    diploma, a general education degree, or an equivalent is
    required.



  • The ability to remain
    calm in the face of stressed or upset customers.




  • Computers are easy to
    use.



  • Working knowledge of
    customer service.



  • Customer service
    experience.



  • Telephone etiquette
    is essential.



  • Knowledge of CRM
    tools.



  • Outstanding
    communication abilities.



  • Capability to manage
    multiple tasks at the same time.



  • Adaptability to
    different personalities.
