As Customer Care & Leasing Administrator you will act as the receptionist for the Southwest Properties Main Office. You will become highly skilled in providing exceptional service to customers of Southwest Properties and supporting the Residential Leasing Team with administrative tasks.

What Your Day Will Look Like
As Customer Care & Leasing Administrator, you will act as the receptionist for the Southwest Properties Main Office, providing a high level of customer service to visitors. You will be responsible for opening the office each morning, and closing it each evening. Along with reception duties, this position supports the administrative functions of the leasing team. This role is part of our Residential Leasing Department and reports directly to the VP, Residential Leasing & Brand Strategy.
Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5:00pm. One hour for lunch.
Work Location: Southwest Properties' Main Office.
This role is a reception-based position and is therefore not eligible for remote working arrangements.
