Responsibilities:
Assist the Customer Care Manager and Supervisor in coordination of trades to complete finishing details and prepare for final new homeowner orientation. Assist the Customer Care Manager in performing on-site inspections to ensure the level of quality is in compliance. Complete job change-orders. Work with the Customer Care Manager and Supervisor to schedule new homeowner orientation walk through inspections and provide homeowner with associated documentation. Conduct walk through and warranty related inspections. Coordinate warranty appointments with owners and subcontractors and ensure that they complete all required paperwork. Approve all paperwork from technicians including receipts, work orders for deficiencies, and timesheets. Receive, document and assist with coordinating all service requests submitted by homeowners, and serve as the primary contact regarding all warranty issues. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Qualifications:
2+ years of Customer Service or Warranty Service experience-construction background is an asset. Strong negotiation skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Remuneration for this role consists of a base salary of 50K, unlimited growth potential and a great benefit package with an amazing team!
