Customer Service and System Training Specialist

The Customer Service and System Training Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing IFS' customer service and training initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive virtual training and support to IFS' broker partners, as well as delivering ongoing training and support to the IFS customer service team. This position engages directly with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service standards and fostering strong relationships.

As the successful candidate, you are experienced in the development, delivery and evaluation of training programs and understand the importance of effective training in the achievement of business objectives. You are skilled at presenting information in a clear, complete and compelling manner. You are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders as well as with a diverse mix of capabilities and learning styles. You are efficient, able to quickly adapt to changing needs and value an environment that excels at exceptional customer service, recognizing that training is an integral part of the organization's success.

Education / Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration with relevant experience in training or customer service; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in training program development and delivery, with the proven ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training and apply those results to enhance the learning experience.
  • Skilled at adult education or strong understanding of adult learning.
  • Ability to comprehend information quickly and accurately.
  • Time management and problem solving skills.
  • A focus on continuous improvement, proactively looking for opportunities for enhancements.
