Being part of our international team of travel consultants will put you InTouch with the fast-moving world of air travel. You will also have the opportunity to explore the world at discounted rates!

• Motivated German Speaker providing professional customer service
• Paying attention to customers requests while following provided policies
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Will be required to attened 7 weeks of traning in Toronto, ON
• After Traning you woudl then be workign from home

Requirements

What do we look for in a Canadate?

• Excellent written & verbal communication in English and German
• Solid understanding of computer systems and software
• Take pride in conducting excellent interactions with colleagues and customers
• Able to work rotating shifts, including early evenings, weekends, and some statutory holidays
• Willing to take part in 4 weeks of training & 3 weeks of telecoaching in Toronto, ON
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Minimum high school diploma
