Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator

                                                                         Customer Service Coordinator



Labelink is one of the largest label and flexible packaging printers in North America, with 11 facilities across Canada and the United States and more than 400 employees. We are growing rapidly through acquisitions, technology, and the talented people we hire.



We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who wants more than just an office job. Someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in delivering on commitments to customers, and wants to play an active role at the heart of a fast-paced manufacturing operation.



What You’ll Do


You will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of customers, managing their orders from receipt through delivery. You will enter and validate orders, coordinate their progress through the various stages of production, and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process.



In an environment where priorities can shift quickly, you are often the first to identify potential issues and take the necessary actions to keep operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the Production, Prepress, and Sales teams every day, with one constant goal: delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every order is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer expectations.



What We're Looking For


• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent education and experience.


• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.


• Experience managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships.


• Bilingual in French and English to support our international customer base.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of urgency.
