CSN Owen Sound is proud to be part of the Auto Reset Group, which includes collision centres in Walkerton, Listowel, and Owen Sound, as well as an Appraisal Centre in Port Elgin. Our story began in Walkerton in 1962. Since then, we’ve continued to grow and have been proud to serve the residents of Owen Sound and surrounding communities since 2016.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will liaise with customers, team members, and insurance companies to ensure the collision repair process is a smooth and positive experience. Your primary responsibility is providing top-tier service. You will greet customers, explain the repair process, provide regular status updates, and answer any questions they may have. You will also be responsible for managing the multi-line phone system and triaging calls to the appropriate departments.

In this role, you will learn the intricacies of collision repair to better assist our customers. This is achieved by working interactively with our team and remaining inquisitive!

Who You Are: We are looking for someone who is upbeat, friendly, and excited about the opportunity to make each interaction better than the last. You should have a natural sense of initiative and a track record of going above and beyond for customers. We believe in upholding the highest standards of service, ensuring every customer has an outstanding, "review-worthy" experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Post Secondary Schooling in Business Administration or another relevant field is an asset
  • Excellent customer service & experience
  • Computer proficiency & a willingness to learn new programs
    • Google Suite
    • Various web-based and non-web based program
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Time management
  • Analytical and anticipatory - always thinking ahead to be well prepared
  • Demonstrate strong initiative
  • Inquisitive by nature
  • Excited to learn about the industry

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: Owen Sound, Ontario
  • Posting Type: New role
  • Expected Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and skills).

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
