About Veseris

Primary Purpose:
Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service support by managing customer orders, accounts, and related administrative processes. The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless order experience while coordinating with internal teams to support service excellence and operational efficiency.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with:
Sales Team - Customer orders, account details and supporting activities
Customer Service Team - Support of team members and coordination of inbound orders
Operations Team - Logistics and order fulfillment
Supply Chain Team - Forecasting, inventory reconciliation and tracking inbound purchases
Finance and Accounts Receivable Team - Management of payment processes, support reconciliation
