Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Chinese preferred) to join our energetic and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer-focused, and skilled in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This role requires a proactive individual with a professional demeanor who is ready to provide exceptional customer service and assist with administrative tasks.

What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Perform office administrative tasks, such as booking meeting rooms, managing customer complaints, and assisting with company events
• Resolve distributor/customer complaints

Background and Skills You Will Need 

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Post-secondary education is an asset

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, selected from the following schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday and Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
