Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Company is looking for a customer service representative to provide support and
services to clients. The CSR will answer incoming phone calls, emails, chat
messages, and social media posts from customers. We're looking for someone
who's friendly and outgoing; we want you to be the voice of our company.

Requirements

We're looking for
someone who's familiar with CRM practices and has technical proficiency with
computers, printers, and copiers. The successful candidate will have excellent
written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
in an office atmosphere of increased responsibility.

The CSR will
thrive in a fast -paced customer service environment. The CSR is also
detail -oriented and able to multi -task efficiently.

Our office is in Etobicoke
(Toronto), Ontario. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence. Proficient in Microsoft Office,
CRM software (Zoho preferred), and Google Docs.

·       Two or more years of customer
service experience.

·       Experience in a fast -paced
environment preferred, especially with a growing, entrepreneurial or technical
company.

·       Customer -focused with the
ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.

·       Problem -solving skills

·       Ability to work effectively
with ongoing distractions

·       Collaborate and work
effectively with other team members

·       Ability to work independently
and seek out assistance as needed

·       Respond to customer inquiries
promptly by listening carefully to their concerns and working closely with them
until the problem is satisfactorily resolved.

·       Follow up after an interaction
has occurred in order to ensure that the satisfaction level of a particular
client's issue was met or exceeded

Hours: Full -time
from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Monday to Friday

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience
