Customer Service Representative (Full Time) - Pockit Self Storage North Winnipeg

Thursday-Monday, Daytimes (No Evenings!) 

About the Role 

Pockit Self Storage is one of Manitoba’s leading self-storage providers, and we’re looking for a motivated, sales-minded team member to join us. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive occupancy, help customers find the right storage solution, and keep our facilities running at their best — all in a largely independent work environment with real room to grow. 

What You’ll Do 

• Manage rentals and occupancy by presenting available units, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers. 

• Follow up with leads consistently to explore every opportunity to convert inquiries into rentals. 

• Prepare and manage rental agreements and contracts. 

• Process rental payments. 

• Participate in vendor management and Accounts Payable processes. 

• Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize outstanding balances. 

• Maintaining units and general curb appeal. 

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met. 

• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain the facility to Company standards. 

Who We’re Looking For 

• Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently 

• Sales-oriented with strong communication and customer-facing skills 

• Able to multitask and manage time effectively. 

• Strong computer proficiency. 

• Bonus if you have experience in: retail, rentals, sales, hotel/property management, or a keyholder/supervisory role — but not required!
