We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Supervisor to join our client's team in Burnaby. This full-time role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional with leadership skills, offering an opportunity to work with a successful medium-sized manufacturing company. The role involves providing excellent customer service to our Canadian and US customer base, quoting pricing, order entry, and collaboration with various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a small inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver superior customer service to our Canadian and US customers.
Provide pricing quotes in a fast-paced environment.
Accurate order entry and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Supervise a small inside sales group.
Required Skills, Qualities, and Abilities:
High school diploma required; college education preferred.
Good knowledge of Canadian geography.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Minimum three years of experience in a customer service/order desk role.
Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
