Customer Success & Growth Manager

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (hybrid) · Type: Full-time, permanent · Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday · Team: Customer Success · Travel: Regular travel to customer sites is required

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with at least 3 days a week in our Mississauga office and up to 2 days remote. For strong candidates based outside the Greater Toronto Area, we may consider a remote arrangement.

About ZenduIT / GoFleet / GoZen Intelligence
ZenduIT and GoFleet build technology that helps organizations run fleets and field operations: GPS tracking, driver safety, AI dash cameras, maintenance, compliance, asset monitoring and business intelligence. We are now building GoZen Intelligence, an AI-powered fleet intelligence platform that turns operational data into prioritized insights and actions.

About the role
You will own a book of fleet customers: their adoption, their outcomes, their renewal and their growth. You call customers before they call you, recover accounts that are drifting, and find where more of what we do would genuinely help them. This is not a support queue and not cold-calling. It is account ownership with real commercial accountability.

What you will do

• Engage your accounts proactively, on a cadence set by value, adoption and risk.
• Close the gap between what a customer bought and what they actually use.
• Recover at-risk accounts: find the real cause, agree a plan and execute it.
• Own renewal outcomes and raise risk early enough to act on it.
• Spot expansion opportunities from how customers use the product and advance them to a decision.
• Use AI daily for account research, call prep, usage analysis and follow-up, and check its work before it reaches a customer.
• Turn customer feedback into internal action, and tell the customer when it changed something.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in customer success, account management or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Proven proactive outbound calling: you lead the conversation, including when the customer is unhappy.
• Consultative discovery, objection handling and closing on a clear next step.
• Comfort reading usage data and explaining it plainly to senior stakeholders.
• Practical AI fluency applied to real work.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• English required. Spanish is an asset for our Spanish-speaking accounts.
• Telematics, fleet or IoT experience is an asset, not a requirement.

Compensation (CAD, annual base, tentative)

• 3–5 years: $65,000 – $85,000 + variable tied to retention and expansion
• 6–8 years: $80,000 – $105,000 + variable tied to retention and expansion
• 9–11 years: $95,000 – $125,000 + variable tied to retention and expansion

These ranges are tentative and will be finalized as we move through the hiring process, based on the level we hire for, assessed skills and internal equity.
