This position is a The Society position and will be filled in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Should it not be filled in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, external candidates will be considered.
This position performs supervisory functions related to the Customer Care Centre and monitors public inquiries on a daily basis.

Salary Range: $76,902.00 to $90,009.84 CAD per annum (2026 rates)
