Dairy Queen Shift Leader

Are you a motivated team player who enjoys leading by example and creating a great customer experience? As a Shift Leader, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, support team members during shifts, and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service in a clean and welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing leadership and direction to team members during scheduled shifts
• Assisting with staffing, task delegation, and break rotations
• Training and supporting new and existing employees
• Ensuring excellent guest service, cleanliness, and food quality standards are maintained
• Supporting product promotions and point-of-sale activities
• Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Completing cash accountability and shift reporting requirements
• Working alongside the team in all areas of the restaurant as needed
   

What You'll Need

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required
