Delivery Driver - Saskatoon

The Delivery Driver is responsible for loading and unloading the delivery vehicle (Class G or 5) and delivering tires (light vehicle, tires weighting up to 70 lbs) directly to customers within the prescribed timeframe.

Permanent Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, some Saturdays. Possible paid overtime

Salary: 20.06$/h

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery trucks;


• Drive 16-foot truck safely;


• Complete shipping documents;

Success Factors:

• Possess a valid Class G or Class 5 driver's license 


• Ability to perform physical work and lift loads from 50 to 70lbs;


• Must have safety boots;


• A good grasp of the English language, both written and spoken


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Driving skills with the ability to operate multiple vehicle types including a 5 ton cube van. Must be able to maneuver these vehicles in tight spaces


• The ability to driver longer distances over 100 km at a time
