About the Team:
You will join the Delivery Management track within Technology & Data Delivery Enablement, leading Agile squad(s) to enable predictable, high-quality delivery. As a senior practitioner, you will partner with Tribe Leads, Technical Owners, Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and business sponsors to evolve ways of working, mentor Delivery Owners, and contribute to enterprise delivery standards through our Communities of Practice.

For Toronto roles only: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 90,000 CAD and 120,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
