🦷 What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a warm, welcoming experience—every patient, every time


• Managing and optimizing the schedule with precision and care


• Supporting patients during urgent and emergency visits


• Auditing charts to ensure accuracy and completeness


• Submitting insurance claims and helping patients navigate billing


• Processing payments and assisting with accounts receivable


• Owning the front desk and keeping everything running smoothly

• Dental office experience (required)


• Cleardent experience is an asset


• A natural ability to connect with people


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• A positive, energetic presence


• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment


• Experience with Cleardent is an asset

🕒 Clinic Hours

• Monday–Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM


• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
