  Strategic Planning & Goal Setting: Participate in quarterly meetings, establish objectives, and drive regional growth.

  Support New Dentists: Ensure smooth onboarding, development, and alignment with clinic goals.

Requirements:

  Proven leadership experience in a multi-location management role (dental/healthcare industry preferred).

  Strong ability to analyze business metrics, drive growth, and optimize efficiency.
