Your Role

As a Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face patients see and the calm, skilled support the clinical team relies on. Your responsibilities may include:

  Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting chairside and preparing rooms and instruments

  
  


• 
  

  Managing scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting patients with questions about treatment and insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Helping maintain a positive, professional, and organized clinic environment

  
  

What You Bring

• 
  

  Dental Assistant Level II certification preferred, but strong reception/admin experience is welcome

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, reliable, and eager to help patients feel comfortable
