Dental Receptionist- Smile City Dental

As a Dental Receptionist at Smile City Dental, you’ll be more than just an administrator. You’ll be a pivotal connection between our clinical team and our patients, helping them feel supported and informed throughout their care journey. Schedule: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Welcoming Presence: Build rapport with patients from the moment they arrive, creating a comfortable and trusting environment.


• Financial Clarity: Provide accurate estimates, discuss insurance coverage, and assist with payment options to make treatment accessible.


• Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with an eye for efficiency and patient convenience.


• Record Management: Keep patient records organized, ensuring they’re up-to-date and ready for each step of the care process.


• Ongoing Support: Follow up with patients, answer their questions, and provide continued support as they progress through their treatments.

Qualifications:

• Experience Matters: At least one year in a dental or healthcare administrative role is a must


• Empathy & Communication: Bring a caring demeanor and strong communication skills.


• Multi- Languages: An asset to help our diverse patient base feel truly at home.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $27 per hour
